Our 30-Day Free Redo Promise: Even After Burnouts

A freshly striped parking lot can have a problem before anyone expects it. Paint may need correction. A driver may damage the markings. You should know who to call and what happens next.

Our promise

For 30 days, we come back and redo anything free of charge, even if a teenager creates doughnuts or burnouts on your freshly striped parking lot.

How to ask us to put it right

Contact Andy and tell him what happened and which part of the lot needs attention. Photos can help us understand the issue. We will review it with you, agree what needs to be redone and confirm the return appointment.

When the work is finished, we will check the corrected markings and document the result with you. The aim is a completed correction you can see.

What to expect

The return date, access arrangements and reopening instructions will be confirmed for your site. If weather or access changes the plan, we will tell you and agree the next step.

This is the responsibility we want attached to the H-Town name: careful work, a clear promise and an owner who stays involved when something needs attention.
