A correction request can become a second problem when you have to keep chasing it. You may be holding spaces clear, coordinating tenants or waiting for a crew without knowing when anyone will arrive.
One person responsible for the next step
At H-Town, Andy will remain your contact until the correction is completed. We will agree what needs attention and confirm a correction appointment in writing, including the date, arrival window and area we need clear.
We will also explain what can stay open and what needs to be kept free of vehicles while the work is carried out.
If the plan changes
Weather and site conditions can affect striping. If an appointment needs to change, we will tell you and agree the next step. You should not have to guess whether a crew is still coming.
How the correction is closed
We will check the finished markings against the agreed correction, take completion photos and review the result with you. If something still needs attention, we will identify it and agree the next action rather than calling the job finished.
You can expect a named contact, a confirmed plan and a clear account of what was done. Any work covered by our 30-day free redo promise will be redone free of charge.
